I haven't tried the first link (15 Dollar Store), but I LOVE Cheery Culture. Makeup there is SO cheap. Their makeup stars at 50 cents. And they have a bunch of cheap brands that are really good. If you want to know what products I reccomend for you daughter (from that site), send me an email.
