idk about websites but if you go to sephora they have samples and you could ask for a few
well I don't know any websites or stores that give away free makeup, but try ELF cosmetics, just check out their website at http://www.eyeslipsface.com/. Each item is only $1!! That's almost free or a close as you'll get, and they have everything: eye makeup, face makeup, brushes etc. and some of the more bigger items such as bags might be a little more expensive. check it out!
