Go to covergirl.com and at the top of that site is says ';connect w/cg'; ...under that click on live beauty chat.





there they have a live beauty consultant to chat w/and you can ask them any makeup questions you have...ask them the question you asked us about inexpensive tips %26amp; products!
Youtube is a good place to watch makeup tutorials. My favorite is Panacea81, but if you want an inexpensive makeover try Makeupsquare. She does her looks with not only the high end stuff, but also with drug store makeup brands. And it comes out really nice!
