Any site that offers ';free'; samples means you are paying for shipping.
Anything you get online, unless it comes free with another purchase, costs money.
Go to a physical store, such as a department store or a cosmetics store (MAC, Sephora..) and look at products that interest you, and see if you can get samples.Makeup websites that offer free samples?do u knw any?
There are a lot of good places to get free samples without surveys or those stupid pay offers, it just takes a little bit of time to look. Here are a list of my favorites (I traveled a lot, so these are all nice sites depending on what country you are in). I signed up for the newsletter and they e-mail me daily with the new freebies they find. It's awesome.

I dont think it would be completely free online. But Macys sometimes gives makeup baggies with good stuff if you ask. Ive gone several times and they give you like a free lip gloss or eyeshadow or something.
