I grew up in a male dominate family meaning me my brother and my father so i had no one to teach me. and wasnt' allowed to wear makeup till I moved out. I learned on my own by studying magazines and trial and error. so if you feel creative play around with it a bit till you find something you like on you.Are there any websites that teaches how to put makeup?

There probably are, but why would you need that? It's natural to put on make-up the way you want. Heck Billie Joe Armstrong smudges his eye liner on to make it like he was trying to put it on in an earth-quake and he still looks good! Same with every other star, find your colors and go for it, just not too much.
