They only show the good ones. Also they have a e-mail subscription list you can sign up to if you want so that they send the free samples every day to your inbox. You have to pay shipping though, but their samples are very generous. I'm still using a foundation sample that I ordered 3 months ago.
If you are interested in Avon, all you have to do is ask a local representative if she can get you a sample of a certain product. They have samples of lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, nailpolish, etc.

i think mineral makeup is much better for your skin. it really covers up everything and my skin feels much more lighter and i guess you could say breathable. i would suggest buying bare minerals. it has worked wonders for me. i would say buy a starter kit from ulta.com. Put some money aside and once your skills have improved go to a cosmetology school that specializes in makeup design! That's what I did, and I'm having a blast, and I'm pretty good with makeup if I do say so myself! ;-p

Look at the Chanel site -- just type in Chanel; the site has everything from make-up to high fashion and even if you can't afford any of their products you can imitate the styles and make-up trends. It's a gorgeous site and you can be on their e-mailing list to receive fashion shows and everything. Fun and free -- so you don't have to be rich to enjoy!

NYC's prices are similar, if not a bit cheaper, in stores like Wal-Mart than online...but at Rite-Aid, they're a bit more expensive (by maybe a dime or so.)

Do you mean fulltime work, or just jobs here and there? There are forums at deviantart.com and modelmayhem.com That both offer work on pay basis and have a place for you to offer your service as well.

Use dark brown or black, and apply it with a damp eyeliner brush (Mac has a good one) and follow up with a clear or dark brown mascara. Use a light gold or peachy matte shadow on your lids, dust a bit of Bobbi Brown shimmer brick on your forehead, nose and cheeks and finish with a lip gloss that matches your lip colour.

I LOVE the way Lebanese women look with their makeup on. I would like to know how they get their eyebrows to look so perfect (without the tattoo, which I might get later, but can't afford right now) and also which makeup brands they use and some application tips. Also, how do you (they) get the hair so shiny???? I tried YouTube, but only got videos of women already made up...No real tutorials or brands....Does anyone know of any websites or links to Lebanese makeup and application tips?
