When applying eyeshadow put a darker layer all over the eye then add a lighter matching color only over half of your eye.

Mary Kay has a make up tips, and colour guide lines for any women. I came apound it by accendent..hope it helps. www.marykay.ca and look under tips. sorry i don't know any sites for hair styles.
