just go on YouTube and there are so many gurus that do put up neutral makeup tutorials...Ive seen makeupgeek and she does do alot of bright colorful looks

also try going to youtube.com and look up basic make up tips for beginners.





but if you are new to it all, i would focus on concealer, to cover up pimples or dark circles, a light powder for your face, eyeshadow and lip gloss. simple can bring out the best beauty.

I just go to youtube.com and type How to apply makeup, and you get alot of matches. They teach you how to apply makeup, and some people review different brands of makeup as well.
the best way to learn how to use eye shadows it to look at covergirl or loreal. they eye shadows that are numbered and tell you exactly where to put them. its almost fool proof. i love them!!
