Actual shades depend on your colouring, but one of my favorite tricks is using eye shadow as eyeliner. Use dark brown or black, and apply it with a damp eyeliner brush (Mac has a good one) and follow up with a clear or dark brown mascara. Use a light gold or peachy matte shadow on your lids, dust a bit of Bobbi Brown shimmer brick on your forehead, nose and cheeks and finish with a lip gloss that matches your lip colour.
