Do you mean fulltime work, or just jobs here and there? There are forums at deviantart.com and modelmayhem.com That both offer work on pay basis and have a place for you to offer your service as well.
It would not be full time usually, but were you to find someone in your area that you could work with, it would be a great start. Those are the places i know and a quick google search for other art websites might help.
Lastly is also depends what type of photography, because there are community websites out there for all types from macro photography, to s%26amp;m and fetish and artistic nude. So look around and I am sure you will find a place to start.
