I need help putting on makeup that would be approporiate for a high school girl. I would like to emphasize my eyes, which i don't do very well now. help!!!Does anyone know any good websites w/ tips to put on makeup properly?
i'd use the '10-step beauty guide' at the bobbi brown website. it shows you how to achieve a flawless look in a series of simple steps, accompanied by pictures (and videos for the really tricky parts!)

YouTube have fantastic makeup tutorials and how to for putting on eyeshadow, how to use eyeliner and even how to apply mascara properly! Just type in makeup into the search engine on YouTube and you'll find loads of stuff :)
